Is FabBox delivering during lockdown? If yes, where?
Yes, we're delivering even during lockdown. We are currently servicing close to 15000 pincodes across India. You can also contact us to confirm the pincode serviceability of your areas
How many days does it take for the box to get delivered?
Our average dispatch time is 2-3 working days. Post dispatch, depending your location the order can get delivered in 1-6 days.*
It is taking too long to deliver my order. Can I get a refund for the order?
In recent times, due to restrictions in the certain areas, operations have been hampered and we cannot confirm a delivery date for any order. Delays are inevitable in such a pandemic situation and we shall not be in a position to refund orders due to a delay in such a situation.
I got the wrong product delivered to me, what should I do?
Mail us the details along with relevant pictures at support@fabbox.in. Depending on the case, we may at our discretion choose to facilitate a return pickup for the incorrect products and after verifying the condition of the same at our warehouse post delivery, ship the correct products to you.
However, when a return pickup is not possible, we shall duly provide you a cashback to you in the form of a special discount code that can be used by you in your next order with FabBox.
