Cancel and Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any point of time during your subscription. To cancel the subscription, please write-in a mail to us at email@example.com. We would process the cancellation request with-in 4 working days. On cancellation, we will refund your balance payment (for the pending subscription boxes) to your card or bank account. In case you have subscribed for recurring payment (payment using Standing Instructions) on your credit card, we will stop charging your card with immediate effect.
On cancellation of the subscription, we would initiate the refund for your balance payment with us. We will send you an email notification as an acknowledgement. Your refund may take up to 30 working days to get processed. We will notify you with the status of the refund from time to time during the refund process. Once the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days from initiation of the refund request.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you don't receive refund against even after lapse of the refund period of 30 days, request you to kindly check with your credit card issuer or bank for the status. If you are not able to track the refund from them, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping and delivery policy
We deliver our boxed through a no of national shipping & courier partners, the average time taken to ship a placed order is 2 business days. You should receive your Fab box within 3 to 4 business days of placement of order. The shipping is free for the customer.
